All Ratings Table¶
A comprehensive view of all feedback ratings across your organisation.
Accessing: Click the View detailed ratings table link at the bottom of the AI Training Progress dashboard.
Access Required
This feature is only visible to users with the appropriate role, typically Administrators.
Table Contents¶
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the rating was submitted |
| User Name | The person who provided the rating (may be empty for some ratings) |
| Agent Name | The agent associated with the rated call/chat (may be empty) |
| Team Name | The team associated with the rated interaction |
| Rating | "Positive" (thumbs up) or "Negative" (thumbs down) |
| Comments | Extracted feedback comments from the rating submission |
Features¶
- Advanced Filtering — built-in search and filtering across all columns
- Sorting — click any column header to sort
- Pagination — configurable page sizes (10, 25, 50, 100, or all records)
- Export — click Export to CSV to download all rating data with full comments. The CSV includes date, user name, agent name, team name, rating, and complete comments. The filename includes the export date.
- Responsive Design — adapts to different screen sizes
Understanding the Comments Column¶
The comments column consolidates various types of feedback:
- Positive comments — what was good in the report
- Incorrect part — for negative ratings, what was wrong
- Correct context — for negative ratings, what the correct information should be
- General comments — additional feedback
Common Questions¶
Why can't I see the View detailed ratings table link?
This feature is only available to users with specific permissions. Contact your CallCoach administrator if you believe you should have access.
Some entries show 'Not specified' for user or agent names. Why?
This can occur when the rating was submitted by a user whose account has been modified, the associated agent or user record is no longer active, or there were data synchronisation issues.
What's the difference between this and the regular feedback progress dashboard?
The AI Training Progress dashboard shows aggregated statistics and trends. This table shows individual rating records with exact details of who rated what and when, including their specific comments.
