Localisation

CallCoach Dashboard supports multiple languages through an integrated localisation system.

Beta Feature

Localisation support is currently in beta. Features and availability may change.

Available Languages

  • English — default language
  • Spanish — full translation available
  • Portuguese — full translation available

Changing Language

  • Use the language dropdown in the top navigation bar
  • Your language preference is saved for future sessions
  • Language can be changed before or after logging in

Tip

You can also change language from your profile settings.

What's Localised

  • User Interface — all navigation, buttons, labels, and messages
  • Data Tables — search, pagination, and sorting controls
  • Configuration Settings — dynamic database-driven content is translated server-side
  • Form Validation — error messages and field labels
  • Email Templates — reports and notifications (where configured)

Common Questions

How do I add a new language?

New languages must be added by system administrators. Contact support if you need additional language support.

Some text isn't translated in my selected language.

This may indicate new features that haven't been fully translated yet, dynamic content requiring additional configuration, or technical content that remains in English by design. Contact support to report untranslated content.

Can I help improve translations?

Yes! Contact support with specific details about the text and suggested corrections.
