Exporting and Saving Data

CallCoach provides several options for saving and exporting data for your records or further analysis.

Saving Individual Reports and Reviews

CallCoach Reports (Daily Call/Chat Reports)

When viewing any individual CallCoach report (from Report Search, email links, or Best Calls section), click the Print/Save PDF button at the bottom right of the report. This opens your browser's print dialog where you can print or save as PDF.

Performance Reviews (Weekly/Monthly)

When viewing agent or team performance reviews (from Review Search), use the Print/Save PDF button at the bottom right to save as PDF.

Saving Performance Graphs and Charts

Throughout the dashboard, performance trend graphs appear on the Reports page, Team Analytics, Custom Performance Graphs, and more.

To save any graph:

  1. Click on the graph image to open the interactive version in a modal window
  2. Look for the camera icon in the Plotly toolbar at the top right
  3. Click the camera icon to download the graph as a PNG image

Browser Print-to-PDF

Most modern browsers support printing any webpage to PDF:

  1. Navigate to the page you want to save
  2. Use your browser's print function (++ctrl+p++ on Windows or ++cmd+p++ on Mac)
  3. Select Save as PDF as your printer
  4. Choose your save location and filename

Note

This captures the page as it appears on screen, so ensure all relevant data is visible before printing.

CSV/Excel Exports

Direct CSV or Excel export for bulk data (such as all reports for a month or raw performance metrics) is not currently available through the dashboard interface.

The All Ratings Table supports CSV export for feedback data.

Common Questions

How can I view and save last month's performance data?

  1. Use Report Search or Review Search to filter by last month's date range
  2. View individual reports/reviews and save as PDFs
  3. Use Custom Performance Graphs to generate graphs for last month and save as PNG
  4. For a complete monthly overview, print the entire Reports page to PDF using your browser

Can I export all my team's call data to CSV or Excel?

Direct CSV/Excel export is not currently available through the dashboard. Contact support@icana.ai with details about what data you need.

Is there a way to automatically receive monthly reports?

CallCoach sends daily email reports based on your configuration settings. For monthly summaries, use Review Search to access automatically generated weekly or monthly performance reviews. The schedule can be configured in General Settings.
