Accessing Team Analytics

Click on a specific team's name or link from the Team Analytics section on the main Reports page.

Features

  • Team Name Display — clearly indicates which team's analytics you are viewing
  • Back to Overview Button — allows easy navigation back to the main Reports page
  • Metric Plots Grid — displays a series of plots for various performance metrics specific to that team (e.g., average score, specific skill adherence, customer sentiment)
  • Downloading & Interactive Plots — each plot can be downloaded as a PNG, and clicking on it opens an interactive version in a modal

What metrics are shown for my team?

The specific metrics displayed are configured based on what CallCoach is set up to analyse for your organisation (e.g., greeting, problem resolution, compliance, tone).
