Customising Analytics Tile Layout¶
The Reports page and Team Analytics pages allow you to customise how performance tiles are displayed, making it easier to focus on the metrics most important to you.
Accessing Tile Customisation¶
Navigate to the Reports page or any Team Analytics page. Tile customisation controls appear automatically on each tile.
Features¶
Drag-and-Drop Reordering¶
- Each tile has a grip icon on the left side of its header
- Click and hold the grip icon to drag tiles to new positions
- Release to drop the tile in its new location
- Your preferred order is automatically saved to your profile
Collapse/Expand Tiles¶
- Each tile has a chevron button on the right side of its header
- Click to collapse a tile, hiding its content while keeping the title visible
- Click again to expand and show the full content
- Collapsed state is saved to your profile
Persistent Preferences¶
- Your tile order and collapsed states are saved to your user profile
- Preferences apply to both the main Reports page and all Team Analytics pages
- Settings persist across sessions and devices
How Tile Ordering Works¶
- Static Tiles — fixed tiles like "Weekly Performance Snapshot" and "Custom Performance Graphs" maintain their assigned IDs
- Dynamic Tiles — performance metric tiles (loaded from your organisation's data) use their metric names as IDs
- New Tiles — if new metrics become available, they appear at the end of your saved order
- Removed Tiles — if a metric is no longer available, it's simply skipped in your saved order
Note
Tile customisation is only available for regular users (administrators, team leads, managers). Agents with limited dashboard access cannot customise tile layouts.
Common Questions¶
Can I remove tiles I don't want to see?
Tiles cannot be removed, but you can collapse them to minimise their space while keeping the title visible.
Will my tile preferences affect other users?
No, tile preferences are personal to your user account. Each user can customise their own layout.
Do my tile preferences apply to both the overview and team pages?
Yes, the same tile order applies to both the main Reports page and all individual Team Analytics pages for consistency.
How do I reset my tile layout to the default?
Currently, there's no reset button. To restore the default order, manually drag tiles back to their original positions. Contact support if you need assistance.
The drag-and-drop isn't working. What should I do?
Ensure you're clicking and holding the grip icon specifically (not other parts of the tile), using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari), and not in an agent account (feature is disabled for agents). Try refreshing the page if issues persist.
